Annual arts fest heats up Jerusalem

Shaon Horef features 500 artists in a full array of artistic and musical styles and genres.

The annual Shaon Horef (Winter Noise Festival) is the biggest open culture festival in Israel. Every Monday night for four consecutive weeks in winter, the city of Jerusalem comes alive with music, dance, art and more.

Produced by the Young Adult Authority of the Jerusalem Municipality, the festival features 500 artists in all sorts of styles and genres. The happening is diverse, edgy and ever-changing. Click on the video to see what it’s all about.
